A traditional and genuine cuisine including first and second courses either meat or fish. Our gastronomy offers all the italian traditional dishes such as lasagna, parmigiana di melanzane, roast with potatoes, lake fish and a wide range of vegetarian food.
A careful selection of raw materials according to their seasonality: during the year we cook food in complience with the time of the year and in the full respect of our territory. In wintertime we dedicate ourselves to ‘lesso e pearà’ (boiled meat and pearà), gnocchi, tripe; during the summer we offer light and fresh dishes such as cold rice and seafood salads.
