PASTA, RISOTTI, RAVIOLI AND GNOCCHI

During our courses we will guide you throught the world of the Italian homemade pasta, risotti, gnocchi and ravioli .

You will learn the art of kneading and the main traditional preparations, from tagliatelle to ravioli. At the end of the lesson, you will be able to realize real traditional recipes.

We will show you the best way to roll out the dough and we will reveal all the secrets to obtain a perfect risotto and delicious gnocchi. All your dishes will be tasted and matched togheter with the typical wines of the territory such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto Spumante.

You are welcome in our home to breathe the real atmosphere of an Italian cuisine and take it back home to amaze your guests!
