PASTA, RISOTTI, RAVIOLI AND GNOCCHI

During our courses we will guide you throught the world of the Italian homemade pasta, risotti, gnocchi and ravioli . You will learn the art of kneading and the main traditional preparations, from tagliatelle to ravioli. At the end of the lesson, you will be able to realize real traditional recipes. We will show you the best way to roll out the dough and we will reveal all the secrets to obtain a perfect risotto and delicious gnocchi. All your dishes will be tasted and matched togheter with the typical wines of the territory such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto Spumante. You are welcome in our home to breathe the real atmosphere of an Italian cuisine and take it back home to amaze your guests!

COURSE 1

TAGLIATELLE & GNOCCHI

In this course you will learn the basis to get a perfect puff pastry through the preparation of tagliatelle, a simple kind of pasta, which is the base of any other type of Italian pasta.  You will also learn how to cook potato gnocchi;  a classic recipe from our Veronese region which, as tradition, is consumed especially in winter time. A delicious dish even for the little ones.
Monday – Wednesday – Friday Hour: from 10am to 1pm or from 5pm to 8pm
Minimum of 2 participants to a maximum of 16. For team building o personalized courses, a minimum of 4 participants.
70€ all inclusive: food storage, equipment, wine tasting, personalized kitchen apron. Payment: on the spot

COURSE 2

RISOTTI & RAVIOLI

Use all your imagination cooking risotto!  A traditional dish from the north of Italy which has infinite combinations: vegetables, fish and meat. During this course you will learn the technique and secrets to cook a great risotto. Ravioli, on the other hand, are authentic treasures of goodness!  Amaze your guests with the most extraordinary fillings and sauces, they will be a bomb of flavours in your mouth.
